Email is the fastest, clearest way to reach us. We read every message, usually reply within one business day, and we genuinely enjoy hearing from people who are building more resilient households.
A couple of tips that help us help you faster:
- If you've got an order question, include your order number.
- If you're asking about a product, tell us a bit about your household, where you live, and what you're trying to solve. We'll give you a better answer.
Business hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT.
Closed on weekends and national public holidays. Emails sent outside business hours get a reply the next working day.
We're a small operation and don't take phone calls at this stage. Email keeps things clear and trackable, and lets us give a considered answer rather than a rushed one.
